Every time I have Klipsch Heritage in my home I love them and tell myself that I never would need more. Now, the III was never ever bright, shouty or fatiguing for me as I ran them with an all tube class A 24 WPC amp. I prefer this track on the Heresy IV but it’s a different presentation over the Dynaudio. This is a lovely recording and song. The Klipsch is more immediate and more intimate. The Klipsch brings her performance to the room as if she was here. These IV’s are even more real, more intense, closer, more tangible and defined with actual texture to voices in some recordings. I know many audiophiles who snark at Klipsch. Each series covers a different aspect of audio. Some things look good retro, just not sure about these! By direct side by side comparison the Dynaudios sound like they have a clog in the system (as good as they are) and the Heresy IV’s just sound so freaking ALIVE when playing loud.
